Each exhibitor will receive a minimum of 30 general Expo invitations. Please feel free to also download and distribute to as many companies and individuals as you can. You may also have custom tickets made for your company to distribute. We welcome giveaways from all exhibitors wishing to do so with just a few guidelines. This is a good opportunity for a little added promotion at the show. There is no limit, it's your opportunity to promote your business. The Expo guide that will be handed out and will include a list of all exhibitors. We will do Powerpoint announcements when it is time and the giveaways may also be taped. If you have a giveaway you'd like to include contact us at 881-5968. Feel free to distribute other promotional material during the expo. A special area will be reserved for you to showcase your technical expertise while promoting your company's products and services.
