Produce a high-quality, sturdy bag to be given to every paid conference attendee upon registration, filled with pertinent show materials, collateral and giveaways.

ID CARDS
Produce a useful giveaway by providing the attendees with a badge holder. Place your company name, logo and/or booth number on the strings and you will be assured to drive high volumes of exhibit traffic to your booth. They will be distributed to every attendee upon registration.

EXPO T-SHIRTS
Place your company name and logo, along with the show logo, on the official show t-shirts that will be distributed to expo attendees during the event.

EXPO PENS

EXPO FOLDER INSERT

Production and shipping costs not included in sponsorship price. Must be delivered by established pre-show deadline in order to be included. Maximum size 9" x 12". Items NOT allowed as bag inserts: pens, notebooks/notepads larger than 5"x7", lanyards.
INTERNET CAFE
The attendees need an effective way to access their emails or browse the internet. There will be a set of fully configured computer terminals with high-speed Internet connectivity. You can place your sponsorship signage inside the Internet Cafe have the browser set to your site as the home page.
